Meet Kyle Fairbanks, DMD

Dr. Kyle Fairbanks, DMD, is a native of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, where he developed an early interest in dentistry by shadowing his childhood dentist and gaining a deep appreciation for the transformative power of a confident smile.

He attended Stevenson High School before earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (Go Blue). Following graduation, Dr. Fairbanks dedicated a year to serving the Chicago community in a local health clinic, an experience that further solidified his commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in Salt Lake City, with an emphasis on restorative dentistry.

Upon completing his training, Dr. Fairbanks returned to the Chicago area, where he served as lead dentist at Compass Dental locations in Rogers Park and Deerfield. He is committed to delivering exceptional, individualized care, combining clinical excellence with a focus on patient comfort and long-term oral health.

Outside of the office, Dr. Fairbanks enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, and spending time with his family. He maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
