Meet Lamiya Tanovic, DMD

Dr. Lamiya Tanovic is a Chicago native who earned both her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and Master of Public Health from the Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health at A.T. Still University. She further advanced her clinical training through a dental residency in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where she gained extensive experience providing comprehensive care to veterans.

Known for her thoughtful and patient-centered approach, Dr. Tanovic is dedicated to creating a dental experience that feels both comfortable and personalized. She values clear communication, meticulous care, and building trust with every patient she treats. By taking the time to understand each patient’s individual concerns, goals, and needs, she strives to deliver care that is not only clinically exceptional, but also reassuring, collaborative, and tailored to the individual.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tanovic enjoys exploring Chicago’s café scene, getting lost in a good book, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
